Multiphysics: New in ANSYS 19.2

An Engine for the Future

The System Coupling 2.0 engine provides improved and consistent performance across scenarios and is fully validated against the original version of the engine. With this engine, you can leverage HPC resources to map your data twice as fast as before. The new engine also serves as the basis for future coupling extensions.

Improved Text-driven Workflow

In ANSYS 19.2, you'll find a refined text-driven workflow that makes it easier to start and restart coupled fluid-structure interaction (FSI) analyses. New complex analysis capabilities that combine transient and steady-state physics are also available to efficiently solve cases with disparate timescales.
