Event Overview

Electric vehicle manufacturers are increasingly pressured to develop novel battery systems that expand the market. Engineers designing modern battery systems must balance various factors, including size, performance, cost, reliability, and safety. Battery cell suppliers and automotive OEMs can use simulation to optimize and accelerate the design, production, and integration of batteries in electric vehicles.

Register today to:

  • Join our host and keynote speaker UKBIC as they share insight on battery production manufacturing and a future vision.
  • Hear from Ansys experts on topics such as battery cell and pack design, battery management systems and vehicle integration, battery production, and a range of electrification solutions including digital twins.
  • Share experiences, knowledge, and best practices with industry peers.
  • Discuss your simulation challenges with Ansys experts.

UK Battery Industrialization Centre
Rowley Rd, Baginton, Coventry CV8 3AL

The UK Battery Industrialization Centre is the national manufacturing development facility providing battery manufacturing scale-up and skills to support the transition to an electrified future. The brand new facility has been created to support industry with development of battery technologies across industries. UKBIC can be described as a ‘learning factory’ for organizations to develop blueprints for manufacturing processes and prototyping-at-scale of new electrodes, battery cells, module and pack structures.
