Submit Your Best to the Ansys Art of Simulation Image Competition

To commemorate Ansys’ 50th anniversary, and the inaugural Simulation World, we’re honoring the accomplishments of our customer and student communities by launching the Art of Simulation image competition. This contest showcases your pioneering simulation work and delivers insights into how you’re leveraging Ansys technologies to positively impact lives, power new product development and shape the next 50 years.

Ansys and Simulation World are announcing the Art of Simulation image competition!

Submit your images for a chance to win prizes and to spotlight your stunning designs on the Ansys website, social channels, upcoming digital campaigns and publications — such as Ansys Advantage magazine and the Ansys blog.

We’re Looking for Your Most Artistic, Imaginative and Innovative Simulation Images

The contest covers all areas of physics.

The Art of Simulation image competition is your opportunity to use your modeling superpowers to develop a highly sophisticated design and show off your eye-catching work.

Ansys customer and student users are encouraged to submit designs generated with Ansys simulation solutions. Each image should be accompanied by a brief explanation of the simulation and its application.

The Judging Process and What You Win

We're looking for your best simulation images.

Please submit your high-resolution simulation image before November 6, 2020 at 5 p.m. EDT. A panel of Ansys judges will then pick the top 10 entries for each of the 16 categories.

On November 23, those images move along to the semifinals, where Ansys users from around the world will vote for the entries on a public-facing website to choose the top images. Voting will be based on the uniqueness and usefulness of the simulation’s application, as well as its visual impact.

All in all, 16 winners — one from each category — will be selected by December 18, 2020.

In addition to being recognized in Ansys-related media, each winner will receive a digital badge and physical trophy that acknowledges their achievement. Select categories may be eligible for additional prizes.
