Getting Started with PyMAPDL (Self-paced Learning Available)

Course Overview

This course will allow you to access the MAPDL solver and its generated simulation data. It enables integrating the state-of-the-art engineering simulation software to Python's rich scientific and data processing libraries in developing apps and engineering workflows.

This is a self-paced course covering lectures, demonstrations and workshops.

Learning Outcome

Following completion of this course, you will be able to: 

  • Overview to PyMAPDL and its application programming interface.
  • Acquire the knowledge to install and launch PyMAPDL and explore ways to integrate MAPDL and various Python packages. 
  • Identify PyMAPDL categories and overview of APDL commands. 
  • Understand PyMAPDL documentation and implementation of PyMAPDL.
