This hands-on course is designed for new or current RedHawk-SC Electrothermal, CMA and CPA users who may want to refresh their skills or get training on the following topics: 

  • CPM editing and modification 
  • Chip+PKG co-sim Flow in RHSC 
  • 3dic setup for RHSC 

Prerequisites

  • No prerequisites required.

Teaching Method

Self-paced slide presentation and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge. Emphasis is placed on tool background & methodology as well as workshops.

Learning Outcome

Following completion of this course, you will:

  • Gain an understanding of RedHawk-SC Electrothermal, CMA and CPA modelling, flows and analysis
