Course Overview

This hands-on course is designed for new or current RaptorH users who may want to refresh their skills or get training on the following topics:

  • Introduction to SoC Level EMag Solution: Raptor-H
  • Workflow and place within Ansys Complete Portfolio
  • Integration to Layout Design Tools and Use-model 
  • Automatic Layout Simplification
  • Model extraction

Prerequisites

  • Basic understanding of Electromagnetics and S-parameter is expected.

Target Audience

Chip IP/SoC/CAD Engineers & Designers 

Teaching Method

Self-paced slide presentation and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge. Emphasis is placed on tool background & methodology as well as workshops.

Bridging the Gap from Multiphysics Simulation to Digital Engineering

Learning Outcome

Following completion of this course, you will:

  • Gain an understanding of RaptorH modelling and flows, as well as a basic proficiency of how to run the tool for different analyses.
