  • This course is an introductory course to Ansys Discovery for CFD users, no specific prerequisites are requested.

Learning Outcome

Following completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Discover the Ansys Discovery user interface.
  • Create Named Selections and parameters in Ansys Discovery.
  • Extract the fluid volume from solid bodies.
  • Create and edit an enclosure around a body.
  • Import the geometry to Ansys Workbench with the Named Selections and the Parameters.
  • Create a new geometry from scratch in Ansys Discovery.
  • Discover the Ansys Discovery main tools: Pull, Move, Fill and combine.
  • Repair an imported geometry in Ansys Discovery.
