Course Overview

The Ansys HFSS Multipaction course covers secondary electron emission (SEE) and RF Discharge.

Prerequisites

  • Completion of the HFSS Getting Started course or equivalent familiarity with the HFSS 3D Modeler, workflow, solver setup, and post-processing (plotting results graphs).
  • Familiarity with physics related to multipaction.

Target Audience

High-power communication systems design engineers, high-power microwave electron device designers and others working with high-power microwave electronics systems.

Teaching Method

Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge.
