Course Overview

This course covers Ansys Cloud for Ansys Electronic Desktop. It teaches how to navigate the Cloud Portal and Cloud Forum, install the Cloud app, and use all available Cloud workflows. Namely launching a remote solve from Ansys Electronic Desktop on your desktop, running prep/post and solve on interactive remote virtual desktop (VDI). The last chapter introduced a multistep process to optimize your resources. 

Prerequisites

  • Familiar with Ansys Electronic Desktop.

Teaching Method

Detailed step-by-step demonstration of the workflows with instruction why certain choices are made such as hardware selection or which workflow to use. One can open Antenna project from Examples directory or use their own models in the Ansys Cloud.
