Course Overview

In this course, you will be introduced to various lighting solutions such as Bending light or Matrix Beam to improve automotive lighting and safety, as well as in-depth information about the creation of Ansys AVxcelerate plugins to control the Digital Light Projector (DLP) and the Pixel Beam Adaptive Front Lighting Systems.

  • The completion of Ansys AVxcelerate Headlamp Getting Started

Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge.

Learning Path

Learning Outcome

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Connect Ansys AVxcelerate to Driving Simulator, MATLAB and SCADE
  • Edit the project’s parameters according to a Control Law
  • Launch a simulation with Driving Simulator, MATLAB or SCADE.
  • Create a C++ or a MATLAB plugin targeting Ansys AVxcelerate APIs
  • Exchange real time information between a C++/MATLAB module and Ansys AVxcelerate
  • Implement a headlights control law
