Researchers at the University of Michigan-Dearborn enable engineers to conduct sensitivity studies on the effectiveness of changing pulse-width modulation wave form to radiated sound power from a motor stator frame. The seamless integration makes simulation more efficient. This presentation focuses on the techniques used to integrate all simulation modules on the workbench and includes simulation results of acoustic analysis of a motor stator.
