Ansys has arranged a room block with negotiated group rates at the following hotels for November 13 – November 16. The deadline to book your room at the negotiated rate is October 6, 2023. Remember that the availability of rooms at the negotiated group rate is limited, so it's a good idea to book as soon as possible to secure your preferred accommodations.

Access the Link:
Click on the provided hotel booking link. This link should lead you directly to the hotel's booking page with the negotiated group rates.
Select Check-In and Check-Out Dates:
Choose your desired check-in and check-out dates by clicking on the respective calendar fields. Make sure your dates align with the event or group stay.
Choose Room Type:
Select the type of room you prefer from the options presented. Group rates should be clearly indicated for each room type.
Review and Confirm Rates:
Review the rates and charges associated with the room type you've chosen. Ensure that the negotiated group rate is applied to your booking.
Add Payment Information:
Enter your credit card information to secure the reservation. Note that your card might not be charged immediately; it's typically used to guarantee the booking.
Review Cancellation Policy:
Take a moment to review the hotel's cancellation policy. Understand the terms for canceling or modifying your reservation without incurring fees.
Confirmation Email:
Once you confirm the booking, you should receive a confirmation email from the hotel. This email will include important information such as reservation details, contact information, and any further instructions.
