Introduction to Healthcare Electronics with Ansys HFSS Software
Electronics in healthcare are omnipresent; from wearables, telemedicine, medical imaging amongst others. In this lecture unit, we dive into two case studies: an antenna in a cell phone and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) where we simulate the specific absorption rate with Ansys HFSS, and we discuss the impact of electromagnetics on human tissues. We also highlight the regulations and power limits that are considered safe for humans.
