Introduction to
Ansys PExprt

Course Overview

This training course will give you an insight into Ansys PExprt simulation capabilities for the robust design of electronic transformers and inductors. PExprt is an additional electromagnetic useful tool, purposely dedicated to design power electronic transformers and inductors and then export the obtained design either to Ansys Maxwell for a more detailed FEM component analysis or to Ansys Simplorer for a system analysis. This online course provides a clear explanation on how to use PExprt for solving different problems with the help of several workshops.

Prerequisites

  • Engineering level of magnetics and transformers.

Teaching Method

Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge. A training certificate is provided to all attendees who complete the course.

Learning Outcome

Following completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Design procedure and workflow
  • Understand which solution type to choose
