Course Overview

This course is designed to demonstrate the workflow for electrothermal management (ETM) using Ansys HFSS and Icepak inside the student version of Ansys Electronics Desktop (AEDT).

Prerequisites

  • Basic Electromagnetics experience is required. 
  • Completion of Ansys HFSS Getting Started is highly recommended.
