Introduction to ANSYS Composite PrepPost (ACP)

Overview

ANSYS Composite PrepPost training is geared towards engineers who are designing and analyzing layered composites. The training will cover the correct and efficient use of this technology for the purpose of overcoming some of the inherent challenges in composite modelling - such as capturing fiber orientation, model inspection, failure analysis and parameterization.

This training will teach attendees how to make high fidelity models, gain time savings at the post-processing stage, and integrate global - local models for detailed design and more.

 

Prerequisites

  • Completion of Introduction to ANSYS Workbench for Mechanical is strongly advised.

Target Audience: Engineers and Designers

Teaching Method: Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge. A training certificate is provided to all attendees who complete the course.
