Using Customer Feedback to Drive Product Excellence - Presentation

Presented at NAFEMS 2016 by William Bryan. At ANSYS, Inc., we utilize our “Voice of the Customer” (VoC) program to effectively respond to customer feedback. By focusing on customer surveys, our VoC program delivers enhanced customer experiences, engages employees, and drives business change. The benefits of VoC programs are well documented, particularly in markets where products and price differentiation are limited, or where great customer experiences are demonstrably able to deliver higher revenues, improved retention, or reduced costs.
