The database is accessible through embedded apps in NXTM or Creo® CAD or Ansys Workbench® CAE. Engineers can search materials and assign to their CAD or CAE model in just a few clicks. They can also use a web app to access more detailed property data, reviewing and comparing materials before assignment. Additional benefits include:

In this release, the MI Pro database has been renamed to "Design and Simulation Materials" database and we are bringing the ability to make limited changes to the schema of this database.
