(previous version, effective April 1, 2019 – October 15, 2019)
Notwithstanding any terms respecting simultaneous use to the contrary, with regard to ANSYS Granta MI and ANSYS Granta MI Pro (each an "ANSYS Granta Program") each license of an ANSYS Granta Program will be deemed checked out for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of access. Only the user who checked out the license of the ANSYS Granta Program will have access to it during that thirty (30) day period. A user may check out more than one license and may check out additional licenses during any period during which he/she is the only user who may access licenses of the ANSYS Granta Programs, provided that each additional license checked out will also be inaccessible to any other user for a period of thirty (30) days from the date that the user first accessed such license.
