Jiaping Zhang
Staff Engineer, Qualcomm
Jiaping focuses on solid mechanics, which includes continuum mechanics, finite element analysis, nonlinear material, and polymer physics. During his tenure at Ansys, he was Technical Service Engineer and then Application Engineer, where he was responsible for providing support and training for Ansys customers as well as submitting product feedback for the development team. Currently, Jiaping is a Staff Engineer at Qualcomm.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from the University of Science and Technology of China
- Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University
