소개

본 교육에서는 시스템의 열해석을 수행할 수 있는 AEDT Icepak에 대한 사용방법을 제공합니다. Ansys Electronics Desktop의GUI를 이용한 Icepak열해석방법 및 구성요소와 작업절차를 이해하고, AEDT Icepak을 이용하여 PCB ECAD형상을 3D Component형태를 이용하여 모델링 작업을 하는 방법과 복잡하고 실제적인 형상을 다루기 위한 복잡한 MCAD 3D CAD 데이터를 이용한 3D 모델에 대한 단순화 작업 과정을 연습합니다.

  • 시스템의 열해석에 관심이 있는 연관분야의 대학(원)생 및 엔지니어.

Learning Outcome

Upon the completion of this course will be familiar with:

  • Overall capabilities of Icepak in Ansys Electronics Desktop (AEDT Icepak).
  • How to create or import geometry into AEDT Icepak.
  • Relevant initial and boundary conditions required to perform a successful thermal simulation.
  • Steps to create a good quality mesh, learn about common pitfalls, and other best practices.
  • How to setup solver settings for a thermal simulation, run the simulation, and post-process the results.
  • Run multiphysics simulations by coupling Icepak with AEDT electromagnetics solvers (Maxwell, HFSS, Q3D).
  • How and where to get additional resources and support.
