소개

본 강좌는 ECAD 데이터를 이용한Stackup 구조의 해석 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어인 HFSS 3D Layout에 대한 교육과정입니다.  HFSS 3D layout은 PCB와 IC 형태의 Stackup 구조의 해석에 대해 HFSS를 처음 접하거나 초보자인 분들을 대상으로 한 교육으로써, 기본 사용법 및 간단한 예제들을 따라 해보면서 익히는 기초 교육입니다.

PCB와 IC 형태의 Stackup 구조의 해석에 관심이 있는 연관분야의 대학(원)생 및 엔지니어

Learning Outcome

Following the completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Place ports, vias, and connect solder balls to ground planes. 
  • Configure circuits driving EM simulations hierarchically 
  • Bring in external HFSS designs and position them in 3D Layout
  • Create output variables for calculated quantities like qualityfactor
  • Set up FEM (finite element method) analyses in HFSS 3D Layout
  • Generate and view results plots (post processing) of S-parameters
