Advanced Capabilities for Power Systems using VHDL-AMS
This webinar will provide an overview of the new VHDL-AMS capabilities introduced and new semiconductor power MOSFET device characterization tool available in Ansys Simplorer. While the new VHDL-AMS integration augments the language coverage and the overall design simulation performance, the new device characterization tool enables engineers to input all numbers and curves from datasheets and create a very accurate dynamic MOSFET model.
Additionally, we will demonstrate the new enhancements available in Simplorer’s IGBT characterization tool. These features will greatly aid in the modeling of these power semiconductor devices.
