In Ansys 2025 R2, the Fluids product line delivers critical enhancements to meet your performance and productivity needs.
The Fluent GPU Solver continues to mature, with more robust models for numerous applications, including enhanced models for mixing, multi-phase, combustion, and electrochemistry applications.
Usability improvements in Ansys Fluent are driving increased productivity through the new integration of Ansys Engineering CoPilot directly into the Fluent Desktop Interface and the integration of GPU solvers into the Fluent Web Interface—a way to access a lightweight version of Fluent directly on the web.
Outside of Ansys Fluent, Ansys FreeFlow—a GPU-based, meshless SPH solver—is now fully released. Performance improvements across Thermal Desktop, Rocky, CFX, and Chemkin include new integrations with other Ansys products, new usability and productivity options, and enhanced physics.
