Overview

Building on the first episode, this session covers the downstream phase, which involves deploying trained AI models and simulation workflows as user-friendly applications. Using Ansys optiSLang and Ansys Minerva, we’ll show how engineering teams can encapsulate predictive workflows into apps with customizable UIs. These apps can be published on Ansys Minerva with access control, versioning, and traceability, enabling non-expert users to run simulations and gain insights without needing deep technical knowledge.

We’ll demonstrate how to integrate an AI model into an Ansys optiSLang workflow, wrap it into a desktop app, and publish it via Ansys Minerva. Non-expert users (e.g., sales engineers or pre-sales consultants) will access and run the app, with Ansys Minerva ensuring they only see relevant components. We’ll also show how Ansys Minerva tracks app usage, version history, and data provenance.
