I have been with Ansys for 13 years. I started as an account manager for territory and momentum, then advanced to regional sales manager for the strategic account team, followed by regional sales director for the enterprise sales team. Now, I am the area sales director and country manager for Korea, overseeing the entire Korea business.

What I Actually Do
As the country manager for South Korea, my goal is to expand Ansys' business in the region. I collaborate with the entire South Korea team to increase the accessibility of simulation technology, helping Korean engineers achieve their goals more efficiently and effectively.

My Best Advice
I always tell new employees that collaboration is what makes Ansys unique. We provide products across various physics to multiple industries, and successful collaboration is essential. Our organizational culture fosters teamwork with colleagues from different teams and countries, allowing us to build relationships and exchange assistance, which benefits our career journeys.
What You Might Not Know
I have a passion for studying, especially history. I prioritize outdoor activities with my daughters, such as riding bikes and climbing, whenever possible. I also enjoy movies. The most interesting movie I've seen recently was Mickey 17, and I really love films by directors like Francis Ford Coppola, Martin Scorsese, and Bong Joon Ho.
