Overview
This session will present recent innovations in fluid mixing simulation, emphasizing performance, usability, and intelligent automation. It will begin with a look at the foundational GPU-accelerated computing architecture that enables efficient simulation of single-phase and multiphase flows, multi-species interactions, and a broad range of turbulence models, from laminar to RANS and LES. The presentation will also introduce a new guided workflow application purpose built to simplify and accelerate complex mixing studies. To conclude, we will showcase how artificial intelligence and machine learning are being applied to enhance simulation outcomes—through use cases involving design optimization, data-driven surrogate modeling, and practical applications of Ansys SimAI in fluid mixing environments.
