Get Ready for Day 2 of Simulation World

Day 1 of Simulation World is in the books — and what a great event it’s been.

Simulation World is a free online event designed to inspire and educate executives, engineers, R&D and manufacturing professionals about the transformative powers of engineering simulation and Ansys.

Ajei Gopal's Keynote at Simulation World.

The largest simulation event on the planet kicked off with Ansys President and CEO Ajei Gopal comparing engineering simulation to a superpower. Simulation, he said, gives us the power to understand how and why things work — or don’t work — in the real world. It provides engineers with the ability to see inside a product and instantly grasp the physics behind it. And that leads to unprecedented levels of simulation for your company.

Our executive track showcased examples of simulation driving business transformation at such organizations as Baker Hughes and Volkswagen Motorsport. GE Healthcare’s CTO Sureshkumar R talked about the key role that simulation plays in optimizing products upfront to virtually eliminate physical testing before production. That is helping GE Healthcare re-engineer its entire product line to reduce costs, while maintaining the quality of its healthcare solutions for emerging markets.

Industry leaders BMW, Northrup Grumman, Ericsson and Siemens also discussed how simulation is making the dream of autonomous vehicles, 5G communications, the industrial internet of things and electric vehicles a reality. A who’s who of presenters from Qualcomm, Cummins to Electrolux also discussed how simulation is driving change across the manufacturing space, from semiconductors to industry equipment to consumer goods.

Simulation World Content Gets Even Better on Day 2

Register for Simulation World.

Tomorrow, Ansys CTO Prith Banerjee will deliver a keynote presentation outlining where simulation is headed and the technologies that will drive it there. He will also lead a panel of luminary CTOs in a dynamic and interactive discussion about the future of the industry. And we will also hear from HPE, Seagate and Lufthansa about the transformative power of simulation.

Haven’t registered yet? See why more than 50,000 of your peers from around the world have already registered. Register now for Day 2 (or to watch more than 300+ sessions on demand at your leisure after the event concludes tomorrow).

Unlike other technologies, simulation has the power to disrupt entire industries by empowering you to develop the products of tomorrow — or as we at Ansys like to say, to engineer what’s ahead.

I’ll see you tomorrow at Simulation World!
