We encounter engineering challenges every day in our lives and often don’t notice the amazing story they tell. Life’s Engineering Tales aim to tell those stories in a visual way on a poster and leave the reader with curiosity and inspiration. This resource tells the story of Grandma’s new hip, the challenges engineers are facing when developing an artificial hip, and the different subject areas that need to be considered, from design, to materials and simulation.
