Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) have recently been thrust into the spotlight in the automotive industry as car makers and technology companies pursue effective active safety systems and fully autonomous vehicles. Radar has emerged as the primary sensor technology for active/passive safety in advanced driver assistance systems.
