Noise and Vibration Capability of the Ansys Software
Noise and vibration issues affect a wide range of industries. In addition, they often arise late in the development cycle at the prototype stage and are so difficult and expensive to mitigate. However, with the increased use of transient simulation and dynamic analysis, there has been rapid growth in recent years in the use of engineering software for the prediction of noise and vibration in industrial applications.
This webinar presents an overview of the hierarchy of methods that exists within the Ansys CFD and FEA software to address the noise and vibration problems. The widespread application of these methods is demonstrated by test cases taken from, for example, the automotive gas turbine, aerospace and sound reproduction industries.
