Ansys Speos GPU Honored by 2023 Laser Focus World Innovators Awards
Ansys Speos GPU was recognized among the best by the 2023 Laser Focus World Innovators Awards. An esteemed and experienced panel of judges from the optics and photonics community recognized Ansys as a Silver honoree.
Speos is of great value for the design and validation of optical systems. It predicts the illumination and optical performance of systems to save on prototyping time and costs while improving a product's efficiency.
The Speos GPU solver comprises two features embedded in Speos, both revolutionizing workflows:
- Speos Live Preview is a dedicated tool that delivers a continuous update of the simulation in progress. You can switch between the different sensors defined in the simulation and export the result for advanced analysis as soon as the simulation convergence is acceptable.
- Speos GPU-Compute delivers the same experience as traditional Speos simulation, just at an incredible speed by using all compatible GPUs available on the motherboard, with increased speed proportional to the number of GPUs and proportional to the number of GPU nodes toward an HPC infrastructure.
