About this Event

In this webinar, we'll explore STK's Test and Evaluation Tool Kit (TETK) to evaluate a satellite's launch and early orbit phase (LEOP) and analyze the ability of ground stations to track the satellite. Along the way, we'll highlight several of the newer features within TETK. We'll load post-mission external data files containing information for the satellite's position and orientation and various critical mission systems over the first few orbits. Examples include solar panel deployment, battery state, thermal analysis, reaction wheel response, and communications checks.

What Attendees Will Learn

  • Evaluate systems data for a satellite’s launch and early orbit phase (LEOP)
  • Understand TETK’s role in simplifying mission playback
  • Explore and validate various data sets such as battery states, communications assurance, and more
  • Analyze first-order errors in ground-to-satellite tracking data
