Projector headlamps can be exposed to high-intensity sun loads, which can physically damage them in the field. Although plastic offers numerous benefits, it's still vulnerable to sunlight. Exposure to sun rays may deteriorate plastic, especially if the sun produces a hot spot on the system.

Using Ansys Speos, we can predict these failures and identify the root cause early in the design, allowing engineers to fix them.
