Global Head of GTM for Engineering Simulation on the Cloud, Amazon

Sandeep is a technical executive and product leader with experience in engineering simulation, automotive, autonomous vehicles and emerging technologies. He was a Technical Manager of Application Engineering at Fluent when it was acquired by Ansys in 2009. At Ansys, he became Global Director, Head of Go-to-Market Strategy and Head of Product Strategy for Automotive Industry. He then became the Director, Head of Product Strategy and Product Management for the ADAS & Autonomous Vehicles product line. In this role he created product roadmaps as well as formulated and implemented a go-to-market plan. Sandeep was also the key advisor to the CEO, CTO, and senior management on Autonomous vehicles. Additionally, he managed a project creating the first ever multi-platform autonomous vehicles simulation platform for the Indy Autonomous Challenge. Sandeep is currently the Global Head of GTM for Engineering Simulation on the Cloud at Amazon.

Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune
Master of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras
Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University
