For Program(s) which contain the term "Additive" in the Program Name:
- Your data will be stored on Ansys-Provisioned Hardware. “Ansys-Provisioned Hardware” means the servers and any storage media, hardware, software or system selected by us for data storage and operation of the Program, which is accessed through Licensor and used by Licensee as a licensed service provided to Licensee through the Internet.
- Ansys-Provisioned Hardware is not dedicated exclusively to Licensee or the Program(s). Ansys-Provisioned Hardware may be located at our site(s) or at Licensor's contractors’ sites.
- Ansys-Provisioned Hardware will not always be available to use as a result of maintenance, relocation, unintended interruptions and unscheduled downtime that may occur (collectively "Downtime"). It shall not be a breach of this Agreement to the extent that the Downtime does not exceed in the aggregate 10% of the total hours of the term for which the Programs were licensed.
