Ansys Engineering Copilot is a secure, robust, and reliable multifunctional virtual assistant that leverages 50 years of technical support expertise, to be a central Copilot for your engineering simulations. It can be directly accessed from your Ansys products for instant answers to simple questions and requesting one-on-one support for more complex questions without juggling multiple windows and URLs. The learning and support resources provided by Ansys Engineering Copilot include AnsysGPT, Ansys Innovation Courses, Knowledge, Forum and one-one Support.

  • Aided by a consistent UX, customers will have clear visibility, access to and choice of content across the spectrum of Ansys learning and support resources.
  • The access within an integrated platform will facilitate enhanced customer experience, shorter learning curves, and higher productivity.
  • Ansys Engineering Copilot is available within Ansys Discovery and Ansys Mechanical 25R1 SP2. More products to come soon.

AnsysGPT: Commercial Customer Support

AnsysGPT is a multilingual AI virtual assistant based on Ansys knowledge that is available to active commercial customers 24/7. Users can ask questions about Ansys products, relevant physics, and other complex engineering topics in the language of their choice.

AnsysGPT provides a summary response along with the references. It is based on knowledge Ansys-owned or licensed, including product and engineering-related training documentation, FAQs, technical marketing materials, and public Ansys Learning Forum discussions.

Please note that user questions and responses are neither stored nor used for training AnsysGPT. This makes AnsysGPT very reliable, secure and easy to use.

Any time, day or night, the Ansys Customer Support Space (ACSS) gives you instant access to key resources for most Ansys products*. Customers supported directly by Ansys can also log support requests for these product lines.
