The Future of Certification by Analysis

Webinar Series

Accelerating Airworthiness Through Simulation

As aerospace systems grow in complexity, traditional physical testing alone can no longer meet the demands of modern certification. Regulators and industry leaders alike are advancing Certification by Analysis (CbA), a data-driven approach that leverages high-fidelity simulation and model-based evidence to complement, and in some cases replace, physical testing.

This webinar series brings together experts from industry, government, and academia to explore how CbA builds trust in analysis, accelerates qualification timelines, and supports regulatory harmonization across global airworthiness frameworks.

About the Series

Running from February through May 2026, this six-part series will examine how modeling and simulation are enabling safer, faster, and more efficient certification processes across the aerospace lifecycle. Each session pairs Ansys technical experts with external thought leaders to discuss both the technical foundations and practical applications of CbA — from establishing model credibility to reducing reliance on costly physical tests.
