Through our Employee Resource Groups, we reinforce our values of inclusion, belonging, and innovation. Our ERGs are self-organized, fully inclusive networks that enable our employees to make a big impact. Employees with common backgrounds and experiences connect in support of organizational change, to inform our business, and learn from one another. Each of our ERGs have executive sponsors who listen to the needs of the group, advocate on behalf of the ERG, strategize and direct resources.

ERGs at Ansys

The mission of the Black Employee Network is to be a strategic partner with the business to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion through continual learning. The Black Employee Network will advance the understanding and inclusion of employees with a common background, set of interests and/or goals.

The (dis)Ability Network at Ansys is a community focused on supporting employees of all abilities in gaining access to everything they need to achieve their full potential for themselves and as part of the ONE Ansys family. We want to look at our organization, our products, and our facilities through the lens of dignity, comfort and respect, empower those among us with long-term physical and mental health conditions, and nurture relationships with everyone including leaders, members and allies. 

The Latino Connection is a network of Latino, Latinx, and Hispanic employees globally that includes our Spanish-speaking colleagues, as well as our non-Spanish speaking colleagues from Brazil, Portugal, the Caribbean, or those who are indigenous. We promote the rich culture and heritage of our members through creating communities of shared experience, raising awareness of ways to engage with potential and current employees and customers, and overall having fun.

The overarching purpose of the Ansys Pride Alliance is to create a safe space and active network for the LGBTQIA+ community at Ansys.

The mission of the Veterans at Ansys is to be a strategic partner with the business to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion through continual learning. The Veterans at Ansys ERG will advance the understanding and inclusion of employees with a common background, set of interests and/or goals. The vision, mission, goals, policies and activities of Veterans at Ansys are fully aligned with the mission, goals, and policies at Ansys.

Women in Technology is here to build an Ansys community focused on empowering women to grow their career, confidence, network, and position Ansys as a workplace of choice for women building their careers in the technology field.

Empower Women in Technology

We’re committed to bridging the gender gap in tech by supporting growth and development opportunities for women across the globe. We facilitate mentoring opportunities, host learning events and take an active role to ensure opportunities exist for women at all stages in their careers at Ansys. 

We’re also committed to supporting future female engineers through philanthropic activities, volunteering, supporting scholarships, and STEM initiatives like Girls Who Code and Black Girls Code.
