The latest version of Ansys LS-DYNA in Ansys 2022 R1 includes numerous enhancements that extend your simulation capabilities and accelerate your product development process, including:
- Improved integration of LS-DYNA technologies with Ansys Mechanical
- Initial velocity modification for parts in short restarts and complete restarts for greater flexibility when jobs are interrupted
- Extended material data for foams used in the automotive market
- New features for iso-geometric analysis (IGA), advanced materials, smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH), and complex multiphysics simulations for battery-abuse modeling and electrophysiology
