What is the recruiting process like?

Our recruiting process may require more than one visit to our office(s). If you are called for an interview, you most likely will interview via telephone on your first and second visits. After these meetings, you may be asked to meet with the manager(s) onsite in a particular department.

What if I have trouble completing my online application because I have a disability? Is there anyone I can call for assistance?

ANSYS is committed to Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity by ensuring that all individuals who want to express interest in employment with us have the opportunity to do so. If you need an accommodation to assist you in using our online applicant tracking system, contact us. In the comments section, note what type of assistance is needed to search and apply for jobs. This option is reserved only for individuals with disabilities who are unable to use the online tools. It is not intended for any other purpose.

What is the difference between a co-op and an intern?

  • The co-operative education program is available year long and is offered in conjunction with your university.
  • An internship usually ranges between 8 and 15 weeks based on projects/work assigned. Depending on the business unit, internships can be offered during the year, not just over the summer.

Are interns and co-ops paid?

Yes, and our compensation is competitive.
