Modeling Reacting Flows with ANSYS CFD (Part - 3)

Reactions are everywhere and reacting flow modeling has become crucial to provide insight into the mixing, chemical reaction, heat release and pollutant formation processes. A review of fundamental concepts related to reacting flows was presented in part-1. Theory, modeling approaches and important tips & tricks on fast chemistry models were discussed in part-2.

Part-3 of this webinar series will provide an in-depth understanding of the detailed chemistry reacting flow models available in ANSYS CFD. These models are widely used to simulate combustion physics such as flame ignition/extinction, non-equilibrium chemistry, slow chemistry (NOx, CO prediction), etc. Best practices and few examples of key applications will be discussed.
