DesignFOIL is a Windows-based app that generates two-dimensional airfoils (wing cross sections) and allows you to modify them in multiple ways. It generates -all- of the NACA airfoil sections, including the difficult ones. Lastly, it comes with a built-in 2D virtual wind tunnel for quick performance analysis. It currently exports to many popular formats and especially to the generic *.CSV file format for import into any spreadsheet.
