Ansys SPEOS Photometric Analysis Advanced

Course Overview

This course explains how to evaluate materials, lighting systems performance and appearance, and extends analysis to radiometry from Ultraviolet to near Infrared.

 

Prerequisites

  • Completion of Ansys SPEOS Surface Contribution Analysis and Ansys SPEOS Spectroscopy

Target Audience:

Optical or mechanical engineers and designers for automotive or lighting industries.

Teaching Method:

Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge.

Learning Outcome

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Set up a source in an optical simulation.
  • Set up a sensor and an inverse simulation for a photometric and radiometric analysis.
  • Display and analyze the optical simulation results.
