Overview

This course explains how to model and optimize backlighting unit of display devices (LCD, DLP, etc.)

Learning Outcome

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Create a pattern on a surface

  • Use different types of mapping

  • Test the mapping with simulation results

Prerequisites

  • The completion of ANSYS SPEOS Photometric Analysis Advanced.

Target Audience: Optical or mechanical engineers and designers for automotive or lighting industries.

Teaching Method: Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge. A training certificate is provided to all attendees who complete the course.
