Introduction to ANSYS Polyflow for Extrusion

The primary goal of this course is to cover the basics of using the ANSYS Polyflow user environment. Students will learn the details of how to use the modeling capabilities and move through the simulation process by completing hands-on exercises. The exercises focus on common polymer, rubber and glass processing applications such as extrusion, co-extrusion and inverse extrusion.


  • This course is designed for clients who have little to no experience with ANSYS Polyflow, the finite-element based flow modeling software package for the analysis of polymer processing and glass forming.

Target Audience: Engineers and Designers

Teaching Method: Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge.A training certificate is provided to all attendees who complete the course.
