Introduction to ANSYS Polyflow for Blow Molding


The primary goal of this course is to cover the basics of using the ANSYS® POLYFLOW user environment. Students will learn the details of how to use the modeling capabilities and move through the simulation process by completing hands-on exercises. The exercises focus on common polymer and glass processing applications such as blow molding and thermoforming.


  • This course is designed for clients who have little to no experience with ANSYS® POLYFLOW, the finite-element based flow modeling software package for the analysis of polymer processing and glass forming.

Target Audience: Engineers and Designers

Teaching Method: Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge. A training certificate is provided to all attendees who complete the course.
