The objective of this self-paced video course is to provide instruction on the use of the Fault-Tolerant Meshing (FTM) guided workflow in ANSYS Fluent Meshing. Instructor demonstration videos teach trainees the skills needed to use the FTM workflow to generate high quality meshes for CFD simulation:
Preparing internal flow and external flow applications using FTM
Use of key workflow tasks: feature recovery, size control definition and leakage patching
Creating meshes with multiple fluid regions using construction surfaces
Creating a box shaped porous zone for heat exchanger or filter applications
Usage of part management for CAD assemblies and its advanced options
Target Audience: Engineers and Designers
Teaching Method: Lectures and computer practical sessions to validate acquired knowledge.
