How to Create a CFD Mesh Using Fluent Meshing - Part 5 of 5

Fluent Meshing is ANSYS pre-processing tool of choice for Fluent users with large and complex geometries. Part 5 out of 5. A conformal import of a generic F1 geometry is used here to show how we can effectively remesh surfaces using different size functions. We show how the user can compute and display size fields based upon a set of size function definitions. Filters can then be used e.g. the user can scale size fields and remesh. Remeshing is performed locally by picking triangles and surrounding rings or by picking specific boundary zones to remesh fully. The final surface mesh is fully conformal.
