ANSYS Twin Builder

ANSYS Twin Builder

ANSYS Twin Builder is a predictive maintenance product that saves on warranty and insurance costs, while optimizing your product’s operation. For quick and easy building of digital twins, it combines the power of a multidomain systems modeler with expansive 0D application-specific libraries, 3D physics solvers, reduced order model (ROM) capabilities and embedded software tools. To validate systems and ensure expected performance, Twin Builder integrates multidomain systems simulation capabilities with rapid human-machine interface (HMI) prototyping, systems optimization and XiL validation tools. And, to connect a twin to test or real-time data, Twin Builder easily integrates with industrial internet of things (IIoT) platforms and contains runtime deployment options that allows performance of predictive maintenance on the physical product. Twin Builder is the only product that offers a packaged approach for a digital twin strategy.

ANSYS Discovery Live

This just-released, game-changing technology alters the nature of engineering simulation and product design. Leveraging the latest graphics processing unit (GPU) technology and ANSYS innovation, ANSYS Discovery Live offers all designers access to broad, real-time simulation on their desktops. With Discovery Live, the design process becomes an interactive, educational exploration that garners valuable insight. LiveWorx18 is a unique opportunity to learn more about this disruptive technology and its promise to reimagine the product development process.

ANSYS Additive Suite

Additive Suite

Newly launched ANSYS Additive Suite is a complete simulation workflow solution for metal Additive Manufacturing (AM). Users can quickly transition metal AM research and development efforts into successful manufacturing operations.

This best-in-class solution simulates the entire AM process from design to print. It helps designers determine the best machine, part setup and material configuration before printing a 3D part, and greatly reduces — and potentially eliminates — the need for physical trial-and-error testing.

At our LiveWorx booth, learn how ANSYS AM simulation tools can improve product design; generate physics-based support structures; help detect and prevent distortion, residual stresses and blade crashes; determine optimal process parameters; and allow designers to explore materials by simulating phase changes, microstructure and thermomechanical properties.
